Cantinho das Provas is the result of the desire and enthusiasm to make known the vast wine production of the Azores, respecting, highlighting, and promoting all producers.

Over time, we have been creating contacts with the many producers, oenologists and winegrowers, from the different islands, which resulted in in-depth knowledge of the uniqueness of each wine produced.

In our space we give you the opportunity to taste and purchase almost all Azorean wine references and, to accompany, we prepare several snacks with local products.

Franz is the one who is dedicated to the creativity and preparation of the delicacies presented in our menu, which changes weekly, using the freshest products of the season.

Mariana is the one who is dedicated to the selection and tasting of the various wines, harmonizing them with the snacks served on each occasion.
