A perfect blend of grapes from Capelinhos place, on Faial Island and Pico Island, which gives a unique marriage.
The wine is fermented and aged in cement tulips followed by a 4-month aging in French oak wood tunnel without toast.
With a vibrant palate, an intense minerality, where gunpowder notes are evident. Excellent as an aperitif and perfect with seafood and fish dishes.
