Terras de Lava Rose
Salmon colour, as aromatic notes combine fresh cherries, currants and strawberries with a background of seaweed. In the mouth it has a vibrant freshness that confirms the aromatic notes in an enveloping and smooth tasting.
Pressing whole bunches followed by a short static clarification. Fermentation was carried out in a stainless steel tank and kept on fine lees for 6 months.
