Terras de Lava White
Greenish yellow color. The aroma stands out as notes of tropical and citrus fruits involved in a beautiful volcanic complex. In the mouth it has volume, a lot of freshness and minerality. It has an enveloping, salty and persistent finish.
After a selection of the grapes, the fermentation took place in a steel vat at a controlled temperature of 15º c. Aged on fine lees for 4 months after which the wine was bottled.
